The CFR Way - Scientific-Practical-Effective

CFR-PRO- Corrective Functional Resistance Training- Professional The course is delivered  of 5 practical workshop sessions. A successful completion creates eligibility to become a Personal Trainer. The three forked goal of this certification is to make you understand a) the principles of corrective exercises in rehab and prehab. b)  functional exercise to improve day to activities and sporting functionalities. c) Resistance exercise to improve foundation strength. 

Equip yourselves with deep knowledge of each training principle. Learn the proper assessment process.
