When the stage is set and the body is ready, we move the client to ‘Resistance’ where we subject the body to high-intensity training to see explosive results.
CFR-PRO- Corrective Functional Resistance Training- Professional Consists of seminars & 2 practical workshop sessions. A successful completion creates eligibility to become a Personal Trainers. The goal of this level is to make the trainer understand about the Principles of functional training in CFR way and the practical session help them to use various functional training accessories like Kettlebell, TRX, Resistance band , combat rope, etc.,. Synergy of Fitness Nutrition Knowledge and Assessment process helps them to fine tune their program to bring optimum results to their clients.
